We finally decided that we would go ahead and create a page for Advanced Design Services on Facebook as it would be interesting to see how we could integrate our services into the world of social networking and if it would have any impact on what we do. Of course we are also looking at the possibility of offering Web Development and Social Networking Profile Customization (SNPC) services to small and medium sized business who are interested in building more interactive and satisfying relationships with their customers by using the tools provided by the above-named social networking utility and other internet resources. Wikipedia defines Web 2.0 as “… a term describing the trend in the use of World Wide Web technology and web design that aims to enhance creativity, information sharing, and, most notably, collaboration among users. These concepts have led to the development and evolution of web-based communities and hosted services, such as social-networking sites, wikis, blogs, and folksonomies.” ADS would like to encourage small and medium sized business to take a leap into the future of marketing and corporate communications by offering an integrated set of subscription based services designed to make the most of these technologies.
